Free Delivery

We’re thrilled to be able to offer free delivery on most orders over £150 (inclusive of VAT). There are, however, a few exceptions.

Our free delivery offer does not apply to orders for delivery to:

• Offshore island addresses, including the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, etc…
• Northern Ireland addresses,
• Rural Scotland / Highlands addresses, and
• Non-UK / international addresses.

Unfortunately our carriers charge a premium for deliveries to these locations, and as such it isn’t economically viable for us to offer free delivery on these orders.

How do I access free delivery on eligible orders?

If your order is eligible for free delivery, the option will be provided to you automatically at checkout when selecting your delivery method–no codes are needed! Orders put through with free delivery are sent via. DX Secure, which is a next-day delivery service. Please do bear in-mind our processing times, though, as it may still take time to prepare your order for the courier.

What about collecting from your warehouse?

Warehouse collection is a delivery method that is always available, even for international orders. You can stop by to collect if you live or work locally (we’re based in Oldham, Greater Manchester), or you can arrange for a courier of your own to pick up and deliver to the final address.

Once you’ve placed your order our team will get to work preparing the parcel, and we’ll be in touch to let you know once the goods are ready for pick-up.

If I can collect, can stop by and look around your shop?

Unfortunately, no. We don’t actually operate as a traditional brick-and-mortar shop, and work instead from a warehouse premises for online sales only. We can open up our office / reception area for quick collections, but our public liability doesn’t extend to allowing the general public to walk around and browse our warehouse.
