Our company is committed to offering an efficient and positive service experience, for goods you wish to return please read below.
Goods must be returned within 28 days of the date of despatch, in their original condition (un-cut) and packaging, to qualify for a replacement or refund.
All returned items are inspected before a refund is made. Please e-mail us in the first instance to make us aware of your problem.
If an item is faulty or flawed in any way, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement free of charge. If your return arrives outside of the 30 days stated above, we will not reimburse your carriage costs.
If you wish to return an item to us for any other reason other than damage or fault, we will refund the cost of the item once we have received it back into our warehouse in perfect condition. We will not bear the cost of returning the item to us.
If you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply, we will not refund you. The item will be returned back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and other associated charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
