At Fabric Online we're committed to fostering strong, supportive relationships with our trade customers. Customers with larger or more frequent needs are strongly encouraged to get in touch.

You can benefit from better pricing, hands-on order and account management, and after your first few orders you can even apply for a credit account and pay your invoices on 30-day terms.

Do I Qualify?

Anyone who uses or plans to use our fabrics professionally on a repeating basis is eligible for a trade account.

We don't offer special pricing under 10 metres, but you can still place your orders with our trade team, and benefit from our hands-on support and order management.

If you're placing orders over 10 metres, then you'll always get the best possible prices by placing your order with our trade team. Prices are better still for full rolls of fabric.

You can also mix-and-match, placing your smaller orders through our website for maximum convenience, and your larger orders through our trade team for maximum savings.

How do I Apply?

Simply fill out the form on this page, and our trade team will get back in touch with you to discuss your needs.

We only need your name and contact details to get started and open a dialogue, but please provide as much of the information as possible, or we might not be able to carry out necessary checks. This would delay your application.

What About Website Offers & Discounts?

At Fabric Online we regularly run promotions and special offers. These discounts are exclusive to our website, and not automatically applied to trade orders. Speak with your account manager, though, as they might be able to mirror the deal on your trade order.

What About Credit Accounts?

After your first few orders, you can apply for a credit account and pay your invoices on 30-day terms. This is subject to a credit check, and we'll need to see some trading history with us first.

Credit facilities are only available to businesses, and not to individuals, and can be withdrawn at any time.
