Can I change my order?

Once an order is paid for, it’s finalised on our system for accounts purposes, and can only be changed in certain circumstances.

If you simply want to swap one colourway for another, or for another product of exactly the same price, then we can amend the order. This isn’t something that you can do yourself, so you’ll need to get in touch with our support team to request the swap.

If the change will affect the totals of the order, though, such as increasing or decreasing the quantity, or swapping to a product with a different price, then unfortunately the only solution is to cancel the order and place another one.

Either way you’ll need to act quickly, as we need to make the change before the warehouse have processed the order.
