As Christmas approaches once again, we wanted to keep you updated on our opening hours for the holiday season.
Fabric Online will close on Wednesday 22nd December and will remain closed for the holiday period, re-opening on Tuesday 4th January. Our website will remain operational, and you can still place orders for the new year, but nothing will be processed until our return. Our customer service department will also be unavailable for the duration.
On our return we expect a large number of orders that will need to be processed, so for the first week in January our lead-times may be a little bit longer than you’re used to. Orders are likely to be processed in the order that they are received, but if you need something urgently please do feel free to let us know – there is no guarantee that we will be able to push your order through, but we will always try.
Although we will be dispatching orders right up until we close, please be advised that our last date for guaranteed dispatch before Christmas is Wednesday 15th December.
