Velplush Fabric
Our Velplush furnishing fabric, is a soft 100% polyester alternative to cotton Velvet, which it is very similar to in look, touch and durability. Its primary uses are furnishings, soft furnishings, upholstery, bed and head board manufacture. Velplush is available in muted colours which gives it a distinctive subtle look and reflects the natural tones of modern British interior design.
When combined with other fabrics such as Faux Fur the Velplush makes an attractive alternative backing in cushions and throws, which can be coordinated with other furnishings such as curtains. Velplush is suitable for Sofa coverings and stand alone furniture upholstery as, a modern cost effective alternative to cotton velvet, which often has a higher price tag. Whilst bed manufacturers favour the subtle colours and soft touch of this fabric for a traditional look to cover divan beds and headboards.
